The characteristics of the five-axis linkage CNC machine:
1. Machining function: deep hole gun drill, jet suction drill, heavy-duty milling processing function. The suction drill is a double drill pipe with its own oil-sealing structure. It does not need the guide sleeve to fit the workpiece to seal the oil, and the workpiece to be machined. The surface requirements are not high and the applicability is very wide.
2. Drilling and milling switching: The automatic tilting and upward movement of the guiding box can quickly realize the switching between the deep hole drilling mode and the milling mode, avoiding the hindrance caused by the front guiding to the workpiece and the rotary table during the turning.
3. A-axis yaw angle: 15 degrees upward, 25 degrees downward, Y-axis screw and A-axis screw drive, reasonable structure and good stability.
4. A-axis: The ram is hinged to the slide table and is rotated by the screw. The guide rail is similar to the rectangular guide rail structure. The structure is simple, the processing, assembly and debugging are convenient, and the accuracy is easy to guarantee.
5. Drill rod support frame removal mode: The drill rod support frame moves to the end of the guide rail rotating plate, which can be realized by unscrewing.
6. CNC rotary table: It adopts double servo anti-backlash static pressure oil floating support guide rail with high precision, large support area, and the worktable is not easy to be deformed and stable.
7. Machine counterweight: hydraulic counterweight with nitrogen: fast reaction speed, high stability, high machining accuracy and excellent milling performance.
